I am now a seasoned foster mom - my husband and I received our license in October 2005, and we began taking placements in January 2006. This blog will be my way to share my story, to air my grievances, to share in the joys of the children we take in. We are licensed for three under 3 yrs old, and are currently full!

"Helping" with hangars
Little Guy loves to play in the closet with the hangars. I was putting away clothes today, and all he wanted to do was play with hangars. He is so helpful!
So glad you updated - I was so curious to see how things were going with you all - and the adoptions. So happy to see pictures of the boys - LOVE THEM!!!
I just wanted to let you know that I have been reading your blog often. I am currently in the process of adopting (internationally) but I am very drawn to foster and/or foster to adopt. After this adoption is finalized and he is a bit older I plan to pursue fostering. Its brand new territory for me....still learning and reading all I can. Thank you for sharing your experience!
